Juz Christmas Chocolate Log

This is my very 1st attempt in making a log cake and I am very happy with the result.

I did a simple chocolate log and sprinkle some icing sugar on it.. Suitable for people who don't fancy too much cream on their cake.

I use the same cake and covered it with fresh cream and chocolate shavinga..transforming it  into a white Christmas chocolate log

Which do you prefer?

Cake size: approx 380g (feed approx 6-pax)

Cake Price$30.00

Strawberry Jelly Heart Cheesecake

This is my 2nd attempt doing this non-bake cheesecake.  My 1st attempt was in Aug 2012 and I did in a big tray... this time I made them in small dessert cup.

Is a simple recipe but required alot of patience and time to complete it. You need to wait for each layer to set before pouring the next layer and the most cruel part is ...you need to wait for 5-6 hours before you can taste yr own product...But it was fun and all worth it.
